The purpose of this hearing will be to\nobtain public comment and input regarding Shelby\nTownship’s intent to apply for grant funding from the\nMichigan\nSpark Grant program. The proposed grant\napplication will be used to fund Shelby Township’s\nCommunity Park\, located at the SW corner of\nBuchanan and 72nd Avenue. The proposed\nimprovements generally include soccer fields\,\nball fields\, benches\, pathways\, fitness stations\,\nrestrooms\, picnic shelters\, hard surface court\ngames\, playground\, community amphitheater and\nother park infrastructures. A copy of the proposed\nplan can be accessed on the Township Website or\nby visiting the Township Hall where the proposed\nplan is on display.\nInterested parties are invited to attend and contribute\nany comments related to the grant application.
